Have you ever thought about a patterned edge? These borders are a great idea to give your card that little something extra! That's why we offer six different kinds. Which patterned edge will you choose?

Plenty of Options

There are countless possibilities for designing your perfect card. However, a straight-cut edge can sometimes be a bit too plain. You could design and submit your own contour line, but you can also choose one of our six pre-designed patterned edges. That saves a lot of design time! When designing, we considered various types of cards, resulting in these six patterned edges:

A patterned edge like Classic, Romantic, or Vintage provides a classic look with a modern twist. These edges are perfect for a save-the-date card, a wedding card, or a birth announcement card. If you'd like a more modern variation on the patterned edge, choose Wavy or Variable, which are great for birthday cards!

Production

Normally, we cut cards on one of our five cutting machines. However, for a patterned edge, the cards are cut with our robotic cutters. This allows us to cut any shape we desire. These robotic cutters are fast and precise, ensuring that every card is produced the same way.

If your ideal card edge isn't among our options, you can, of course, create and submit your own contour line file.

If you'd prefer a unique card without patterned edges, consider a round card. These cards are also real eye-catchers and tend to be a bit less busy than patterned edges.
